Pastry pockets of LOVE!

I've seen some great dessert recipes around blogland that I would love to try.  I was looking for something quick and easy though, so I stuck with a familiar one. I made these treats back in Sept. for hubby's bday and they were a hit! I figured they would work out great for a Valentine's Day dessert!
Best thing is, it doesn't take too many ingredients.

premade pie crust
jam of any flavor
nutella
melted chocolate

So I defrosted the pre-made pie crust. Pulled out the cookie cutters. Melted the chocolate.
I think the Nutella filled ones are my favorite!
(I forgot to take an after pic so I had to re-use the pic from my first attempt- is that cheating?!)
PS. Have you tried the Air Bake cookie sheets? They are great!
